Caring for your product
For the best care, we recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle, with a mild detergent, before use. It’s normal for a little shrinkage on this initial wash. To keep your product looking it's best, we recommend drying with a low heat for the first wash then for all subsequent washes dry without heat or hang to dry.
Faulty or damaged goods
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.
Production lead times
Every new order is made lovingly by hand which means that exact dimensions of the products may vary slightly. Due to the fact that we don't use machines, the production process is a little slower but the end results are truly bespoke. You get to own a true "one off" hand made textile.
